Bill is undoubtedly our most favorite comedian here at Top-documentary, he had such a unique ability to bring up real issues which were the things most people do not want to talk about, and put them into a medium where people had to listen to it because he always ended up making it funny. His formula was as if he was just Mind f*cking you for 5 min and then he would pull out for a couple minutes, then go right back to the mind raping 
(vulgar I know, but Bill would have liked it)
Bill did his routine at the Centaur Theatre in Montreal Canada in 1991 for the annual Just for Laugh Comedy Festival and the result was Relentless, one of the finest pieces of comedic material to ever grace the human experience.
